Join Valard Construction's Major Projects group as an Asset Coordinator, reporting to the Fleet Manager. You'll oversee equipment data management while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Your role will be pivotal in maintaining communication between the fleet team and project management, ensuring efficient asset coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate asset records in fleet management systems
• Ensure timely inspections of project equipment
• Liaise between fleet team and project management
• Oversee equipment onboarding and offboarding processes
• Track fleet-related costs and flag discrepancies
Requirements:
• 3+ years in fleet or asset coordination
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Excellent communication skills across project levels
• Familiarity with heavy construction equipment
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE
