As a Ready-Mix Driver, you will deliver concrete safely to various job sites, serving both homeowners and industry clients. This role requires you to maintain a clean vehicle, collaborate with Logistics and Operations, and commit to ongoing safety protocols. Attention to detail and teamwork are vital for achieving success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely deliver Ready Mix Concrete to job sites
• Establish long-term trust with clients through excellent service
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections thoroughly
• Collaborate with teams for optimal logistics coordination
• Utilize technology for navigation and effective communication
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Valid Class 3Q or Class 1Q license required
• Experience driving Ready Mix vehicles preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to lift over 50 lbs and maintain flexibility
