Truck Drivers Supervisor in Halton Hills

Lead and inspire a team as the Truck Drivers Supervisor at our Milton, Ontario location. This full-time role focuses on supervision, driver training, and productivity enhancement.

We seek an experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to guide a team of 5-10 drivers. In this role, you will prepare operational reports, address work challenges, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your experience of 1-2 years in trucking supervision will be essential for driving team performance and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily driver activities

• Prepare production and operational reports

• Recommend improvements for work methods and productivity

• Train personnel and coordinate training sessions

• Enforce health and safety regulations for drivers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in trucking supervision

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• Strong organizational and flexibility skills

• Authorized to work in Canada
