Cross Country Trains is looking for a qualified train driver to operate services across our extensive network. Deliver reliable train operations while ensuring on-board excellence.
In this role, you will need at least three years of productive train driving experience and a valid European Train Driving License. You will also support shift work and provide essential service on trains, maintaining the highest safety standards. Living within an hour of Cambridge is essential for this technical and operations-focused position.
Key Responsibilities- Operate trains reliably on planned services
- Act as on-board service specialist for customers
- Adapt to wide-ranging driving hours, including unsocial shifts
- At least three years of train driving experience
- Must possess a European Train Driving License
- Proven safety track record in operations
- Reside within one hour of Cambridge
- Complete medical examination and DBS check required
