Join CN as a Railroad Track Maintainer/Truck Driver and ensure the safety and functionality of railway tracks. This outdoor position involves physical labor and requires effective leadership.
As a Track Maintainer, you will lead crews in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining track components to meet CN’s standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising maintenance work, driving trucks for material transport, and upholding safety directives. Adaptability to various weather conditions and the physical ability to lift heavy materials are imperative for success.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect track components and perform maintenance tasks
- Supervise and develop maintenance teams
- Drive trucks for relocating personnel and equipment
- Approve track work completion for service readiness
- Manage safety compliance across operations
- Relevant experience in similar conditions
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License essential
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively
