Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations and staff schedules effectively
- Propose solutions for route optimization and speed
- Provide coaching and performance checks for staff
- Promote and implement safety measures within the team
- Liaise with customers to address issues proactively
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of team management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Permanent driver’s license required
- Clean driving history with no violations
