As part of the Logistics Department, the Truck Mechanic plays an essential role in maintaining various trucks and trailers. This role requires a safety certification, strong troubleshooting abilities, and effective communication skills. With 10-hour shifts, you will follow regulations and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in your work area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete repairs and service for fleet trucks and trailers
• Perform mandatory safety inspections on all equipment
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Follow all company policies diligently
Requirements:
• Must have safety certification
• Familiarity with hydraulics is an asset
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Ability to work independently or in teams
• Class 1 driver's license is beneficial
