As a Roller Operator at Ledcor, your responsibilities include safely operating various roller models, working closely with fellow operators, and efficiently compacting materials on site. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate different models of rollers safely on highway sites
• Collaborate with machinery operators for project efficiency
• Compact materials effectively during construction tasks
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment for safety
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Roller Operator in highway construction
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
