Join Ledcor as a Roller Operator and safely operate equipment on highway construction sites across Alberta. This is an exciting chance to work on diverse projects in a flexible field-based role. As a Roller Operator at Ledcor, you will bring your expertise to various construction projects from May to November 2026. Your responsibilities include communicating with other operators, efficiently compacting materials, and performing regular maintenance on rollers.
A valid driver's license and teamwork spirit are essential.
- Operate different sizes of rollers for highway construction
- Work closely with other operators to achieve project goals
- Apply knowledge of material compaction effectively
- Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Experience operating rollers in highway construction
- Capable of physically demanding work, lifting 50 lbs
- Clean driver's license and abstract are required
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
