Experienced Mountain Truck Driver

Join our team as an Experienced Truck Driver, leveraging your mountain driving expertise and efficient route planning. This permanent position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for 40 to 60 hours weekly.

Your primary focus will be on driving as part of a convoy or two-person team, where you will utilize GPS to optimize routes. Responsibilities involve addressing customer complaints, inspecting vehicle conditions, and ensuring the safety of cargo during transport. You will also perform preventive maintenance and emergency roadside repairs to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust routes to minimize fuel use and emissions

• Address customer concerns swiftly and effectively

• Drive in mountain conditions with a two-person team

• Conduct vehicle inspections and perform maintenance

• Maintain the safety and security of transported cargo

Requirements:

• Education not required, training provided

• Must have Air Brake (Z) Endorsement

• Valid Driver's License (Class 1 or

A) required

• Demonstrated mountain driving skills are advantageous

• Proficient in English communication
