We are seeking a dedicated Baggage Cart Attendant to enhance passenger experiences at the airport.
Your role involves greeting customers in both English and French, assisting with luggage, and ensuring all baggage is tagged correctly. You will actively maintain safety standards around baggage carts and work in a dynamic 24/7 shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service in English and French
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage for passengers
• Monitor and maintain serviceable baggage carts
• Collect and stage baggage tubs in designated areas
• Respond to parking equipment dispatch calls and inquiries
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, with one year of experience
• Bilingual in English and French; basic French required
• Physically capable of lifting up to 70 pounds regularly
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
