Position: Open-Deck Fleet Manager

We are looking for a highly organized Fleet Manager to enhance our flatbed operations. This in-office position requires a proactive individual who will take charge of daily dispatch activities and management of drivers and owner-operators. You will be responsible for communicating load statuses and addressing any operational challenges to maintain a professional service culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch for legal and oversize freight

• Optimize truck utilization and loaded miles

• Schedule drivers effectively for various routes

• Serve as the primary contact for drivers and owners

• Manage equipment maintenance and downtime issues
