Key Responsibilities:

• Manage driver inquiries and provide necessary trip details

• Utilize XRS and Back Office for driver activity tracking

• Complete daily requests from the planning team

• Maintain accurate Trip Sheets and live updates

• Address evening customer service requests proactively
Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of Dispatch experience required

• High school diploma is mandatory

• Trucking industry background necessary

• Knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas is essential

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
