Join Cogir Senior Living as a Part Time Bus Driver in Winnipeg, MB and support our senior residents. This role focuses on safe transport while promoting dignity and care for those you serve.
In this part time position, you will be responsible for driving residents to various scheduled events, ensuring their comfort and safety. Building harmonious relationships with residents and their families is key, as well as adhering to their rights and wellness. Your commitment will greatly influence their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive residents to events and community outings
• Provide assistance with mobility devices as needed
• Participate in training and ongoing staff meetings
• Uphold values of integrity and ethics in service
• Engage in Quality Improvement activities
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
• Strong interpersonal skills with seniors
• Prior experience with elderly care favored
• Obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
