In this permanent, full-time position within the Service Development Department, you will report directly to the Manager of Service Development.
Your role will focus on enhancing city-wide transit services through effective management of schedules and personnel. Strong communication skills will help you engage with diverse stakeholders, ensuring smooth operational transitions and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the workflow of the Transit Scheduling Branch
• Manage updates to transit schedules regularly
• Analyze existing schedules for enhancements
• Identify future transit planning opportunities
• Engage with various stakeholders for effective communication
Requirements:
• University Degree or diploma in relevant fields
• 8-10 years of experience in transportation logistics
• Proven background in transit planning and scheduling
• 3-5 years leadership capability
• Exceptional data analysis skills
