Lead receiving and logistics operations as a detail-oriented Receiving and Logistics Supervisor. Ensure meticulous inventory management and compliance with shipping standards in your daily activities.
In this role, reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee the productive management of shipping and receiving tasks. Responsibilities include inspecting incoming goods, verifying accuracy with delivery slips, and managing compliance with logistics documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be essential for data entry and tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and verify received parts for conformity
- Manage the shipping process with correctness
- Operate and conduct inspections on forklifts
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the logistics area
- Prepare customs documents with precision
- High School Diploma and valid Forklift Certification needed
- 1-2 years background in receiving or shipping logistics
- Bilingual in French and English required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of transportation methods and customs is preferred
