Randstad is seeking immediate temporary assistance in a role ideal for individuals looking to build strength. This position focuses on the fast-paced unloading of heavy bags and requires teaming up with another individual. Shifts last typically 6-8 hours, with the benefit of early finishes if the workload is managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in opening rail car doors and setting dock plates

• Stack bags securely to avoid shifting during transport

• Work swiftly to unload bags of seeds and grains

• Lift and move bags weighing 50 to 100 lbs regularly

• Conduct a clean sweep of the dock area after shifts

Requirements:

• Maintain a high work rate during tasks

• Ability to lift 100 lbs as part of a team

• Must have steel-toed boots; other safety gear needed

• Available for immediate temporary employment

• Previous heavy labour experience preferred
