Become an integral part of our Parks and Solid Waste Team working as an Equipment Operator with a focus on tractors. This role combines outdoor work with equipment maintenance in all weather conditions.
As an Equipment Operator, you will primarily operate tractors while ensuring proper servicing and maneuvering in tight spaces. The position entails record-keeping and fulfilling related duties, all while adhering to a solid safety ethos and providing exceptional service. Your ability to work collaboratively yet independently will greatly benefit our operations.

Key Responsibilities   Operate tractors and provide necessary minor servicing
Navigate equipment in confined areas safely
Maintain outdoor work in different weather situations
Keep accurate operational records
Carry out additional equipment-related duties
Requirements   High school diploma required
Must hold a Class 5 BC driver's license
At least one year of tractor operating experience
Proven strong safety history
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
