As a Truck Dispatcher, you will maintain accurate records, manage personnel dispatch, and handle general office tasks. Your responsibilities include responding to emergencies, scheduling assignments, and coordinating with vehicle operators for optimal operations. Strong attention to detail is necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule activities of vehicle operators
• Maintain accurate logs for mileage and fuel usage
• Dispatch personnel according to established schedules
• Handle emergency dispatch requests as required
• Perform light cleaning duties support to the team
Requirements:
• Completed secondary school graduation certificate
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
• Fluent in English or French
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must work on-site without remote options
