Become a key player in flight operations as a Crew Planner in Winnipeg. Manage monthly crew schedules while ensuring compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations and collective agreements.
Reporting to the SOCC Manager, the Crew Planner will develop and manage flight crew schedules, incorporating vacation requests and addressing any roster deficiencies. This role requires effective liaison with various Flight Operations departments, ensuring smooth scheduling and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills essential for this dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create monthly crew schedules for pilots and flight attendants
• Identify crew roster gaps and coordinate bids with HR
• Liaise with Flight Operations for crew planning
• Release flight crew monthly bids as per agreements
• Manage payroll processes for pilots and attendants
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in Flight Operations is an asset
• Must maintain transportation security clearances
• Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training preferred
