Drive safely for Pembina Trails School Division as a Bus Driver for Whyte Ridge School & Ecole Viscount Alexander. This role ensures the efficient transportation of students while adhering to provincial guidelines.
As a Bus Driver, your primary responsibility will be to provide safe transport for students. Reporting to the Director of Transportation, you’ll collaborate with other drivers and office staff. Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring orderly student conduct during travels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe transportation for students to school and activities
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain records
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Manage student behavior on the bus
• Attend driver meetings and training workshops
Requirements:
• Current Class 1 or 2 Driver's License
• Valid Manitoba School Bus Driver’s License
• Minimum one year of school bus driving experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass a practical driving test
