Position: Operations Coordinator for Freight Management
Become a pivotal Operations Coordinator at Rhenus Group, specializing in international Ocean Export shipments.

Your role will focus on enhancing efficiency and providing superior customer service.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will coordinate a variety of logistics operations, ensuring compliance with export documentation and carrier bookings. Your ability to manage both Ocean Export and Import logistics will help streamline operations and improve service. You will liaise with customers, agents, and carriers to facilitate smooth cargo transitions in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Ocean Export shipments with shipping instructions and MBL/HBL

• Manage and follow up on Ocean Import shipments and E-Manifest

• Engage with stakeholders for timely communication and support

• Prepare shipping documentation and pre-alerts effectively

• Supervise cargo pickups and transport logistics

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in the Canadian logistics sector

• Strong knowledge of Ocean freight documentation and compliance

• Proven experience coordinating international shipments

• Negotiation expertise with logistics providers

• Advanced proficiency in logistics software and Office programs
