Join our warehouse team as a Shipper, focusing on efficiency and accuracy in packaging and shipping processes.
Your role will encompass all aspects of order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
As a key player in the warehouse operations, you will report to the Logistics Manager and engage in various shipping-related tasks. Responsibilities include wrapping goods for shipment, processing RMAs, and supporting the Logistics Supervisor with troubleshooting orders. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help improve our shipping workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pack, label, and ship orders meticulously
• Oversee domestic and cross-border shipments
• Manage incoming shipments and unloading procedures
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness in the warehouse
• Collaborate with sales on shipping details
Requirements:
• Experience in shipping/receiving operations
• Forklift operation certification is essential
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP and major shipping software
• Ability to lift 50lbs routinely
• Excellent detail orientation and communication
