The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer will focus on adherence to safety standards, performing critical inspections, and maintaining the integrity of aircraft systems. You will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care within the Canadian Arctic’s remote areas. Your attention to detail and knowledge of regulations is essential to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections and maintenance on various aircraft systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electronic problems
• Execute detailed preflight and postflight checks
• Document all maintenance, repairs, and inspections thoroughly
• Operate diagnostic equipment to test systems' integrity
Requirements:
• Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License (M1 required)
• Familiarity with Transport Canada aviation regulations
• Capability to obtain necessary licenses and clearances
• Previous aircraft experience beneficial but not mandatory
• Completion of a Criminal Record Check
