Operational Trainmaster at CPKC

Become a pivotal figure at CPKC as an Operational Trainmaster, dedicated to optimizing train traffic while ensuring safety standards across North America’s first transnational railroad.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate execution of the Local Service Operating Plan (LOSP) while coaching staff on operational standards. Providing strategic oversight, you will engage with internal and external partners to deliver safe and efficient train movements.
