Key Responsibilities:

• Direct inbound and outbound freight operations

• Develop and monitor employee schedules

• Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines

• Train and coach employees on performance standards

• Inspect tools and equipment for safety compliance
Requirements:

• At least 2 years of related experience in logistics

• Knowledge of hazardous materials and DOT regulations

• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting

• Excellent comunicative and administrative skills

• Bilingual in English and French strongly preferred
