Position: Transportation Dispatcher at Sobeys
Join Sobeys as a Transportation Dispatcher and streamline retail store deliveries in a dynamic role. You will manage routes and communicate effectively with drivers and customers every day.

This position involves coordinating transportation activities, ensuring compliance with Provincial DOT regulations, and maintaining records and reports. As a key contact with drivers and retail stores, you will problem-solve delivery challenges while remaining organized.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency within Sobeys' transportation network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and dispatch delivery routes effectively

• Maintain and update Microsoft Office databases

• Communicate route changes promptly to RSC Operations

• Ensure compliance with CBA language for driver tasks

• Support drivers and retail stores to enhance engagement

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum one year experience in a dispatch role preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with Western Canada road network

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
