Ramp Supervisor

Position: Ramp Supervisor at Perimeter Aviation
Lead ramp operations at Perimeter Aviation as a Ramp Supervisor. Shape efficient and safe airline services while ensuring on-time performance and high standards of safety and quality.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Ramp Operations, you will oversee daily ramp activities and guide your team towards operational excellence. This leadership role requires a strong commitment to safety standards, effective communication skills, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships. Ensuring timely operations and mentoring staff for success on the ramp are key responsibilities of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all daily ramp activities and coaching

• Establish shift assignments for crew members

• Ensure accurate tracking of services for flights

• Supervise aircraft grooming to meet cleanliness standards

• Manage loading and unloading of cargo and baggage

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous supervisory experience required

• Heavy equipment or cargo loader experience essential

• Valid driver’s license and AVOP qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
