Position: Swissport Aviation Duty Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily ramp operations

• Efficiently manage manpower and equipment scheduling

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Conduct daily management briefings for staff

• Handle payroll updates and employee documentation

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in ground handling operations

• Experience managing personnel in a union environment

• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities

• Valid Driver’s License and airside permit D/A

• Flexible to work various shifts including weekends
