DBNS Trucking Ltd. in Winnipeg is seeking skilled Truck Drivers for permanent full-time positions. Earn $30.50/hour while managing freight across varied local routes with a strong focus on customer service.

This role requires truck drivers with at least 7 months of experience, equipped to handle loading, unloading, and route planning. You’ll be expected to provide excellent customer service, coach colleagues, and ensure vehicle upkeep through inspections and maintenance. Your driving expertise will be critical as you operate various trucks operating both independently and as part of a two-person team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan routes based on conditions using GPS

• Coach team members on driving techniques

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Tarp cargo for safety and security

• Record essential driving data and communicate with dispatch

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 7 months to less than 1 year of driving experience

• Valid work authorization in Canada

• Strong command of English

• Ability to drive and maintain various truck types
