Transportation Dispatch Representative at FedEx

Maximize freight efficiency as a Transportation Dispatch Representative ponsible for dispatching transportation equipment in line with the Linehaul plan while adhering to safety procedures.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure adherence to Linehaul dispatch schedules and service integrity across assigned areas. Your task includes maximizing trailer volume, entering dispatch events in TMS, and performing yard inventories to track equipment. A high school diploma or GED is required, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with dispatch experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch transportation equipment per Linehaul schedules

• Adhere to Company dispatch and arrival procedures

• Enter dispatch events into the TMS for timely deliveries

• Conduct yard checks to verify equipment status

• Investigate and report delays or accidents

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous dispatch experience preferred

• Ability to complete mandatory training

• Bilingual in Quebec preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
