Equipment Delivery Driver​/Yard Associate

Paramount is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Equipment Delivery Driver/Yard Associate to join our growing team.

This is more than a driving job. You'll be delivering construction and rental equipment to customers throughout the Winnipeg area, helping load and unload equipment, maintaining our yard, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service every time.

• Deliver and pick up construction and rental equipment using company trucks (up to 3-ton).
• Safely load and unload equipment.
• Perform vehicle inspections and basic daily maintenance checks.
• Assist customers during deliveries and answer basic questions.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training available).
• Help organize the warehouse and equipment yard.
• Prepare equipment for delivery and customer pickup.
• Assist with inventory, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

• Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery, construction, warehouse, equipment rental, or landscaping experience.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round.

• Forklift experience.
• Experience towing trailers.
• Construction or equipment rental experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience securing loads and operating liftgates.
