Dispatcher Logistics

Position: Dispatcher for Lineage Logistics
Optimize routes and driver schedules as a Dispatcher with Lineage Logistics. Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service levels.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, working closely with drivers and terminal operations. You will manage inbound shipments and develop efficient routing patterns to meet customer needs. A strong emphasis on safety compliance and customer service will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute daily pick-up and delivery tasks

• Manage driver schedules and ensure regulatory compliance

• Communicate effectively with drivers for smooth operations

• Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience

• Develop solutions to meet customer requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience in FTL/LTL

• Experience with Truckmate is an asset

• Knowledge of Winnipeg is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
