Fleet Dispatcher, LCV (Turnpike

As a LCV Fleet Dispatcher, you will play a key role in the daily coordination and success of our fleet operations. You will monitor fleet activity, ensure accurate and timely communication between drivers and internal teams, and support the efficient movement of freight while maintaining exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, sound decision-making abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges as they arise.

Specific

Responsibilities include:

• Dispatch and coordinate drivers, equipment, and loads to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, routing, and fleet activity records.
• Manage driver communications and provide timely operational updates through satellite messages or calls.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues involving drivers, customers, payroll, scheduling, and maintenance.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and planning activities.
• Support training, special projects, weekend planning, and other related duties as assigned.
