Night Customs Specialist at TransX

Join TransX as a Night Customs Specialist in Winnipeg and support driver success in our logistics operations. This role is key to maintaining efficient fleet processes and ensuring timely customer service.

The Customs Specialist position within the Truckload Department focuses on live system management, effective communication, and rapid resolution of operational challenges. You will work Tuesday to Saturday from 5 PM to 2 AM, ensuring that drivers are equipped for success during their routes. Aligning with TransX core values of teamwork and integrity, your contributions will enhance the overall driver experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update driver PTAs, ETAs, and system statuses

• Dispatch load assignments and ensure confirmations

• Process customs shipments for seamless clearance

• Report live disruptions and service alerts immediately

• Communicate night pass-off to ensure continuity

Requirements:

• Preferred education in Logistics or Supply Chain

• Experience in logistics considered a significant advantage

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong multi-tasking abilities in dynamic environments

• Knowledgeable in trucking rules and regulations
