Position: Aviation Co-Pilot for The North West Company
Enhance your aviation career as a Co-Pilot with The North West Company, assisting in ground and air operations for corporate travel across Northern Canada and beyond. This position involves piloting a King Air 350 and Cessna 560 with safety and professionalism.

As a valued member of the aviation team, you will work under the Chief Pilot's supervision in Winnipeg, MB. Your responsibilities include conducting pre-flight inspections, obtaining and interpreting weather data, and ensuring luggage adheres to aircraft limitations. Excellent communication skills are essential for maintaining passenger relations during flights and fulfilling pre-flight preparation duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pilot aircraft safely as a second crew member

• Obtain and interpret weather data for flight planning

• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections for safety

• Communicate with passengers during trips

• Ensure luggage/equipment meets weight limitations

Requirements:

• Valid commercial Pilot's license with multi-engine rating

• Minimum 1,000 flight hours accumulated

• Experience in northern and remote airport operations

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Possession of a valid Passport
