Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a warehouse coordinator to join the Little Brown Jug team for a one-year term. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, hard worker who can work independently and maintain exceptional organization. The warehouse coordinator will be responsible for shipping/receiving, transfers and some deliveries, warehouse organization, and inventory tracking at Little Brown Jug's off-site warehouse located on Red Fife Road.

DUTIES:
Oversee all warehouse organization, communication, and operational logistics
Maintain and improve facility inventory control physically and electronically
Maintain and improve replenishment order processes, prepare orders
Prepare and secure all outgoing loads
Receive and organize all shipments, using forklift as needed
Deliver to accounts as assigned, including providing backup for delivery driver role
Maintain equipment preventative aintenance schedules
Start and end day at LBJ warehouse on Red Fife Rd.
REQUIREMENTS:
A valid class 5 MB driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
Ability to drive single axle, 24ft truck with power tailgate while following rules of the road
Strong work ethic and ability to provide friendly customer service
Ability to learn electronic systems for warehouse tracking
