You will oversee truck drivers and ensure adherence to safety regulations as a Truck Driver Supervisor. With 2-3 years of relevant experience, your role will involve directing daily activities and training staff members. You must be highly organized and communicative to thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage truck drivers and their operational duties

• Plan efficient driving routes and schedules

• Enforce safety protocols and company guidelines

• Train and mentor new truck drivers

• Facilitate communication between staff and management

Requirements:

• Must hold a Class 1/1F/A Licence

• Required Air Brakes Endorsement

• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience

• Current valid driver's licence required

• Must pass a criminal record check
