Drive safely with Pembina Trails School Division as a Bus Driver, providing essential transportation for students. This role involves a commitment to safety and teamwork.
As a Bus Driver reporting to the Director of Transportation, you will ensure the safe and efficient transport of students to Bison Run and Prairie Sunrise schools. The position involves maintaining order on the bus and adhering to provincial guidelines. Ideal candidates will have previous school bus driving experience and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport students and staff to school
• Maintain current route maps visibly in the bus
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and log entries
• Ensure orderly conduct amongst students
• Report accidents or vehicle defects promptly
Requirements:
• Class 1 or 2 Driver’s License from Manitoba
• Current Manitoba School Bus Driver’s License
• Strong English communication skills
• Clean driving record as shown by Driver's Abstract
• At least one year of school bus driving experience
Ensure students' safety while fulfilling the vital role of a Bus Driver in Winnipeg.
