NAV CANADA is hiring two licensed Air Traffic Controllers for Winnipeg Tower. In this vital role, you will apply your expertise to manage air traffic during takeoff and landing, maintain communication, and implement separation standards. This position requires sound judgment and the ability to respond to complex situations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control air traffic effectively
• Provide flight information to pilots and VFR aircraft
• Coordinate traffic with various control positions
• Use electronic systems for operational efficiency
• Prepare documentation per unit directives
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of air traffic control experience
• Completed an Airport/Aerodrome ATC training program
• High school or equivalent education
• Must possess a valid aviation medical certificate
• Excellent English communication and decision-making skills
