Position: Dispatcher Role at Lineage Logistics

As a Dispatcher with a focus on safety and customer experience, you will be responsible for managing driver schedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring all compliance measures are met.

Your role involves collaborating closely with drivers and the Terminal Operations team to achieve daily delivery objectives and enhance service levels. This position requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to handle various operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize pick-up and delivery schedules for drivers

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and Transportation Safety Plan

• Communicate effectively with drivers regarding schedules

• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routes

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FTL and LTL dispatch

• Strong knowledge of Winnipeg and local logistics

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment
