Dock Receiver at Erb Terminals

Join the Erb Terminals team as a Dock Receiver! This role focuses on freight unloading, counting, and sorting all while ensuring safety in our refrigerated environment.

As a Dock Receiver, you'll carry out essential tasks such as unloading freight and managing the sorting and counting processes. You're expected to maintain proper lifting techniques and ensure dock equipment remains in excellent condition to promote safety. Your proactive approach will streamline operations at our terminal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and sort fresh and frozen freight reliably

• Move products securely using hand jack gear

• Record freight counts accurately and prepare for shipping

• Photograph and attach bills as needed

• Clean and maintain the dock area to company standards

Requirements:

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written

• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs

• At least 18 years old for late shifts

• Food handling experience preferred

• Must display a good work ethic and positive teamwork
