Join our team as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring aircraft are maintained to airworthy standards. This role involves inspections, repairs, and servicing in a dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Crew Chief and Maintenance Manager, the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer plays a vital role in aircraft safety and reliability. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, tow aircraft, and assist in reconfiguring interiors as necessary. This position demands mechanical aptitude and effective communication skills while fostering respect for First Nations communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
• Marshal and tow aircraft efficiently
• Reconfigure interiors for various operational needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow supervisor's directives with precision
Requirements:
• Valid AME License with M1 or M2 rating
• Capable of obtaining necessary transportation security clearances
• Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training is an asset
• Physically fit to perform all job duties
• Strong knowledge of hand tools
