Become a key player in our airline's operations as a 705 Captain. Conduct flights safely while ensuring passenger comfort and timely performance in a flexible environment.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Chief Pilot, the 705 Captain is responsible for transporting thousands of passengers year-round. This role requires a commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, along with a professional attitude toward all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct flights adhering to all operational and safety procedures
• Check weather and determine fuel and oil requirements
• Calculate airplane weight and balance for flights
• Complete pre-flight inspections and operational flight plans
• Perform post-flight duties and ensure aircraft integrity
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
• Minimum Category 1 Medical certification
• 500 flight hours on DHC-8 preferred
• Previous airline experience is an asset
