Position: Fleet Operations Dispatcher Role
Lead logistical operations as a Dispatcher, ensuring effective route planning and driver support in daily transportation activities. Engage with drivers and manage logistics challenges swiftly.

This role is vital for monitoring and supporting drivers throughout their shifts. You'll assign routes, handle emergencies such as traffic delays, and engage with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Communication and organization are essential for maintaining high service standards in logistics and transport management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and meet driver needs during trips

• Utilize tracking tools to monitor driver performance

• Facilitate completion of trip sheets and reports

• Aid in handling customer service requests

• Collaborate to resolve any transport disruptions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dispatch

• High school diploma essential

• Experience in trucking preferred

• Familiarity with Winnipeg and surrounding areas

• Must be bondable and authorized to work in Canada
