Coordinate routes, drivers, and customer service in person as a Dispatch Route Planner at King’s Services in Headingley, Manitoba.
King’s Services seeks a Dispatch Route Planner to coordinate daily service operations. You will schedule, route, and assign work while supporting drivers and responding to changing needs. The position reports to the Service Operations Manager and includes structured training with driver ridealongs.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor trucks on routes using GPS
- Respond to driver and customer concerns
- Review routes for efficient travel paths
- Adjust plans when operational needs change
