Snow Removal Equipment Operator

Operate 1.5-ton trucks for Webber, a Ferrovial company, supporting snow removal and winter maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
Under an Area Supervisor, this Seasonal Equipment Operator clears snow and ice from roads, parking lots, roundabouts, and walkways. The work includes equipment checks, weather monitoring, route adjustments, recordkeeping, and communication with supervisors. Emergency response rotations may require overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate 1.5-ton snow removal vehicles safely and efficiently
Clear snow and ice from designated areas
Check equipment and report operating issues
Follow routes and schedules, adjusting for weather priorities
Record work performed and materials used
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and acceptable record
Ability to communicate orally and in writing
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Snow removal equipment experience preferred
Bring safe vehicle operation, winter maintenance knowledge, and hazard awareness to Webber’s snow removal operations.
