This Front Load Truck Driver position serves local residents and businesses through solid waste collection. You will operate a garbage truck on specified routes, read route sheets, and complete assigned services. The work also includes vehicle inspections, customer interactions, and other assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate garbage trucks on specified collection routes
Read route sheets and service identified customers
Complete pre-route and post-route vehicle inspections
Check fluids, safety equipment, and tires
Interact professionally and courteously with customers
Requirements:
Valid Class DZ or AZ license
Valid Class 3F or Class 3A license
Clean driving record
Two or more years of local route driving experience
Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements
Bring safe driving, route service, and inspection skills to Waste Connections of Canada’s front load collection operations.
