Ryder Commercial Driver

Drive commercial vehicles between terminals for Ryder, applying safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance on every trip. This is a full-time dayshift position.
The Commercial Driver operates between pick-up and destination terminals while following company and DOT regulations. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with starting times around 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. Responsibilities include freight handling, hazard reduction, and accurate records. The role pays $26.12 hourly.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive commercial motor vehicles between pick-up and destination terminals
Run trips safely, efficiently, and according to regulations
Detect and minimize safety hazards during assigned operations
Maintain accurate driving records and logs
Load or unload freight when required
Requirements:
Valid Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement
Minimum nine months of verifiable commercial driving experience
No more than one recent moving violation or accident
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to interpret laws, rules, policies, and procedures
Use commercial driving, freight handling, and safety compliance skills to support reliable terminal transportation for Ryder.
