Focused on mail insertion, document handling, and warehouse inventory, this position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with physical stamina and basic computer skills. • Hourly salary of $20.41.

• 12-month contract.

• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

• Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities:


• Perform hand insertion of documents into envelopes of varying sizes.

• Ensure documents are prepared accurately for mailing via Canada Post.

• Conduct quality checks on all completed work.

• Manage and organize production inventory, supplies, and materials.

• Process inventory for delivery and ensure accurate packaging and labelling.

• Receive, sort, and store inventory in the appropriate warehouse location.

• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.

• Load and unload inventory from trucks and transfer to proper locations.

• Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

• Support team objectives and provide coverage for absent team members.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

What you will need to succeed:


• High school diploma or equivalent (education verification required).

• Post-secondary technical training or related experience is an asset.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or warehouse environment.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and other relevant software.

• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk throughout the shift.

• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and follow direction.

• Team-oriented and dependable.
